Integrative Massage uses a combination of pressure and techniques to help achieve your goals. From chronic pain to managing stress, it's customized to be therapeutically beneficial and designed specifically for you. Some of these techniques may include Swedish (relaxation), Myofascial, Neuromuscular  & Orthopedic Assessment/Massage. Your therapist will go over areas of concern you may be experiencing before each session.

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils to promote overall well-being. Never applied directly on the skin, this is an aromatic treat for the senses that can aid with mental clarity, relaxation & stress management.

Therapeutic Heat 

​

Heat  therapy is a simple and effective way to manage muscle pain and stiffness. It's also known to accelerate the recovery process. This add-on uses one or a combination of heated table, hot packs and/or warm moist towels. It's a great addition to any treatment.
