Some of these techniques may include Swedish (relaxation), Myofascial & Neuromuscular therapy (trigger work). Your therapist will go over areas of concern you may be experiencing before each session.

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is a simple, soothing add-on that uses pure essential oils to enhance your session. The gentle scent supports relaxation, mental clarity, or stress relief, depending on the oil selected. You can choose from floral, citrus, or earthy blends to match your mood or preference. Oils are never applied directly to the skin, keeping the experience subtle, safe, and restorative.​

Therapeutic Heat

Heat therapy is a simple, soothing, and effective way to ease muscle tension, reduce stiffness, and support the body’s natural healing process. This add-on may include a heated massage table, targeted hot packs, or warm moist towels, used individually or in combination based on your needs. It is a comforting enhancement that helps muscles relax more deeply and improves overall circulation. ​​

Weighted Blanket

​Weighted blankets offer a calming, grounding effect that can ease anxiety and promote a sense of safety. The gentle and even pressure, known as deep touch pressure, helps regulate the nervous system and lower stress levels. It is especially beneficial for those with ADHD, anxiety, or sensory sensitivities, as it encourages the body to shift into a more relaxed and restful state. ​
