Cancellation Policies

We recognize that unexpected circumstances can arise in everyone's life. In our commitment to fairness and efficiency for all clients, we uphold the following policies:

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations to your appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a charge of up to the full amount of your scheduled service. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

 

No Show: The full amount of your missed appointment will be your responsibility for payment.

Late Cancel: If you are unable to provide your therapist with a minimum of 24 hours' notice, a charge equivalent to 50% of the expected service will be charged. 

 

Arriving late: We may need to shorten your session in order to accommodate other appointments following yours. You will be responsible to pay for the full amount for the scheduled session.

 

Feeling sick?

 

To uphold a healthy environment, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment if you are unwell (experiencing symptoms such as a cold, flu, fever, etc.). If you arrive at your appointment displaying signs of illness, we will ask you to reschedule for both your well-being and the health of the therapist. We appreciate your understanding.


Gift Certificates


Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.


All gift certificates and gift cards must be presented at the time of service or you must pay by other means.


All gift certificates and gift cards are non-refundable.
