Cancellations and booking policies
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In an effort to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies will be honored:
We would appreciate a minimum of 24 hours notice for any changes to or cancellations of your appointment. If you do not provide sufficient notice, you may be charged up to the full amount of your scheduled service.
"No-show" appointments or "Day of" cancellations will be charged in full.
Late Cancel: If you are unable to give your therapist a minimum of 24 hours notice, you will be responsible for a $40 charge for your missed appointment.
Arriving late may shorten your session in order to accommodate other appointments following yours. You will be charged the full amount for the scheduled session.
In an effort to maintain a healthy environment, we ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are feeling sick (cold, flu, fever, etc.). If you arrive at your appointment with symptoms of an illness, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. This is for your well-being as well as the health of the therapist. Thanks for understanding.
Gift certificates and payments
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
All gift certificates and gift cards must be presented at the time of service or you must pay by other means.
All gift certificates and gift cards are non-refundable.
All returned checks will result in a $30 fee.
