We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In an effort to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies will be honored:
Please allow 24-hour notice for appointment changes or cancellations. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule in that time. Failure to cancel or not show up for your appointment will result in a $35 charge that must be paid before next session.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate other appointments following yours. You will be charged the full amount of the scheduled session.
In an effort to maintain a healthy environment, we ask that if you are feeling sick (cold, flu, fever, etc.) to reschedule your appointment. If you arrive for your appointment with symptoms of an illness, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. This is for your well being as well as the health of the therapist.
